JoyCares Personalized In-Home Pet Care means a personalized pet care plan that fits the needs of your pet as well as designing pet care that YOU are comfortable with.

Whether you are the proud owner of a dog, cat, bird, lizard, snake or any animal that is part of your family we are here to tailor make a pet care plan that is centered around your pets needs. Being that you know your pet the best, we ENCOURAGE you to pick and choose from our wide variety of services that are offered to give your pet the care that it deserves. REMEMBER, we are here to help enhance and manage the life of your pet so no request to do so is too odd or too small…..just ask!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HOME ALONE – This service was designed for those who travel for business and/or pleasure and are the proud owner of a canine. We come into your home 3 times a day. Our first two visits last a minimum of a half an hour and on our last visit we like to spend AT LEAST 45 minutes to an hour. We try not to let more than 8 to 81/2 hours go in between visits and we like to keep them on their regular feeding schedules and potty schedules. You can also feel free to add extra visits or tack on a ½ an hour to an already existing visit for an added fee.

CAT CALLS – Need to leave your furry feline behind while you travel???? NO PROBLEM!!!!! We stop in and keep them company!!!! In addition to lots of love and attention we feed, change their water and upkeep of their “restroom” on each visit.

DAILY DOG WALKS – No need to feel guilty anymore about your faithful canine companion not getting enough exercise OR the attention that they deserve if you are away from home for more than eight hours a day!! Rid yourself of that guilt by scheduling JoyCares to visit while you are working or on that day trip!!!! We spend a QUALITY half hour going for a walk, playing in the yard or doing WHATEVER your dog likes to do. Your faithful friend will thank you!!!!!

PUPPY PALS – Getting a new puppy can be exciting!!!!! Puppies and potty training is our specialty and we know that you always can’t be there to get that new puppy trained!!!!! We visit your puppy twice between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm to give your puppy that much needed potty break and reinforce the potty training that you have been working so hard on!!!!!

FIELD TRIP FUN - This new and unique service is designed to provide your dog with some of their own special fun time that you as a pet owner might not have time to do!!!!! Choose from the four different field trips to have your favorite canine spend some time working on their socialization skills or have special "alone" time with their favorite pet care provider!!!!!!

SHOPPING SPREE - Make your dog earn it's keep and shop for his/her own pet supplies!!!! Just provide a shopping list for the pet store and your dog and their fellow pet care provider will go shopping for pet supplies!!!!! This field trip is GREAT to help socialize your dog in the pet store PLUS free up some of your time that you do spend at the pet supplies store!!!!! During this specific field trip your fellow pet care provider will work on car riding etiquette and acceptable behavior at the "mall" with your pet!!!!

A WALK IN THE PARK - Does your dog LOVE to walk in the park and you just don't have the time to indulge them?!?!?! Rid yourself of that guilt and have one of our fellow pet care providers treat your dog to an hour and a half walk in the closest part of the beautiful Metroparks near your house!!!!! Treat your dog to a nice workout with the thrill of the scents and sounds that the Metroparks naturally provide!!!!

DOG PARK PARTY - Just imagine....running free with no leash attached to you and running and playing and socializing with all of your friends!!!!! Not YOU silly but your dog!! An off leash dog park is a TREAT for your dog but something that you don't always have time for!!!! JoyCares is here to help you treat your dog to something special...and don't worry, we'll let them know that you are responsible for their fun day!!!!!

BEACH BUM - Going for a swim is not always feasible for those dogs who LOVE to swim!!! Don't have the time? Wet dog in your vehicle not sounding appealing? But you do know that your dog loves to swim and we would like to take them swimming!!!! This service is provided May thru October and your canine friend needs to pass our "beach test" of basic commands before this service can be scheduled!!!!!!

JoyCares SLUMBER PARTY SERVICE - That’s right!!!!! We stay in your home to provide your dog with the comfort of having one of our loving fellow pet care providers spend the night. In addition to an overnight stay we throw in one extra visit during the day!!!!!!

BOB & BONNIE’S BARK & BREAKFAST – Bob and Bonnie are fellow pet care providers who have GRACIOUSLY opened up their home to canines who might not do well being left at home alone and/or don’t do well in a kennel situation. Your dog is invited into their home and, upon the approval of Dudley (the Hotel Manager) they are cared for like they are one of their own pets. Your dog may have all the comforts of your home at THEIR home. Your rules are their rules. Fenced back yard and lots of love and attention are just some of the amenities that are included in your canine's stay. You will need to provide your own food, bed, and crate if necessary! The love and attention there is ENDLESS!!!!!!

VET TAXI – We transport your pet to their vet. We are available for drop off and pick up OR we stay for the whole appointment and return them home with a full report from your vet.

SPA SHUTTLE – Everyone loves a clean pet BUT dropping off and picking up from the groomer can be QUITE time consuming but not when the JoyCares Spa Shuttle is at your service!!!!!

SPECIALIZED CARE – Specialized care is geared towards geriatric animals and animals with “special needs”. With our specialized care service you can incorporate it with any one of our already existing services. Some special needs that we help manage are disabled pets, insulin injections, administering of subcutaneous fluids and oral medications. JoyCares is HIGHLY recommended by area veterinarians and we work closely with them so you can travel with piece of mind knowing that your special pets’ needs are being met.
