In August 2000 I decided to quit a perfectly good job and start taking care of critters. 20 years later JoyCares is celebrating 20 PAWsome years of caring for critters and helping pet parents have peace of mind when they can’t be there for their pet. These past 20 years we have cared for pets as if they were our own and have met some AMAZING clients!!!!!
Our customer appreciation party that was being planned at the beginning of 2020 is not going to happen but that doesn’t mean that we can’t celebrate!!!! We want to celebrate YOU and your critters and show how much we have appreciated all of your support for the past 20 years. My crew and I appreciate our loyal clients and we especially appreciate all of the support over the past 6 months. Until we can have that critter friendly customer appreciation party we’re going to celebrate each month with something special for you and your pets!!!!!

For the rest of September we’d like to celebrate the critters that we care for by having you share their pictures with us. Before the end of March my crew and I LOVED taking adorable photos and videos of the pets that we cared for. We’d take all of our photos and share them on the JoyCares Facebook page as well as our JoyCares Instagram . Since March we haven’t been seeing all of our critters and we miss them. We would love nothing more than to see pictures of our furbabies!!! Please email us some pictures to joy@joycares.com so we can see our critters until we can physically see them again, it would mean the world to us! Keep an eye out on the JoyCares Facebook fan page and follow us on Instagram and you’ll be seeing your pet!!!!!!!

October has such nice weather so we thought your pups would enjoy our Field Trip Fun service!!!!!!!!! Whether you’re still working from home, have a day trip planned or think your pup needs an extended break while you are at work this is the service to treat your pup to. A Field Trip Fun is a 2 hour walk in the Metroparks or at a dog friendly beach. You choose what destination you think your pup would enjoy they most. They get to go for a car ride, enjoy all that fall has to offer and they will come home one tired pup!!! For the month of October we’re offering our Field Trip Fun excursion for only $40 (regularly $50).
